Neighbourhood/ Partner Ordering
How it works:
- A customer sits in a café, bar, coffee shop, pool hall, salon, or small shop that doesn’t have a kitchen.
- They scan the venue’s Kwazzle OS QR code.
- Instead of seeing one menu, they see a list of nearby partner restaurants.
- They choose a restaurant, place their order, and pay if required.
- The order goes directly to that restaurant.
- The restaurant prepares the food.
- Either:
- a member of staff collects it, or
- the restaurant delivers it to the partner venue.
This benefits everyone:
- The customer gets access to a wide choice of food without leaving their seat.
- The shop or café can keep customers there longer and potentially earn a commission on each order.
- The restaurant gains additional sales without needing another dining room.
- Kwazzle OS becomes more than a restaurant operating system—it becomes a local hospitality network.
You could even let each venue choose its preferred partners. For example:
- 🍕 Pizza House
- 🍜 Thai Kitchen
- 🍣 Sushi Bar
- 🍔 Burger Grill
The owner of the shop could decide which restaurants appear and could remove or add partners at any time.
Longer term, we will add options such as:
- Estimated preparation and delivery times.
- Order tracking (“Preparing”, “Ready”, “On the way”, “Delivered”).
- Automatic commission calculations between the restaurant and the partner venue.
- Support for customers ordering from multiple restaurants in one session.
