When a customer selects Delivery or Takeaway, they could be presented with options such as:
- 🍽️ Eat In
- 🥡 Takeaway (Customer Collects)
- 🛵 Home Delivery
For home delivery, the restaurant could choose which services it uses. For example:
- Grab
- LINE MAN
- foodpanda
- Other local delivery partners
Rather than replacing those services, Kwazzle OS provides convenient links that take the customer to the restaurant’s page on the chosen delivery platform, if the restaurant wants to use them.
The restaurant owner would simply enter their delivery links once in the Kwazzle OS dashboard, for example:
- Grab: Restaurant delivery page
- LINE MAN: Restaurant delivery page
- foodpanda: Restaurant delivery page
Then customers could choose their preferred service with a single tap.
We also support restaurants that have their own delivery drivers. In that case, the customer would see an additional option such as:
- 🚗 Delivery by Apple Riverside
That gives restaurants flexibility:
- Use their own drivers.
- Use one delivery platform.
- Use several delivery platforms.
- Or offer collection only.
Over time, you could build a simple Delivery Hub into Kwazzle OS that lets owners enable or disable each option with a switch in their dashboard:
- ✅ Dine In
- ✅ Customer Collection
- ✅ Own Delivery
- ✅ Grab
- ✅ LINE MAN
- ✅ foodpanda
This approach has another advantage: restaurants don’t need to maintain separate information in multiple places. Kwazzle OS becomes the central system for their menus and operations while still working alongside the delivery services they already rely on.
